This was a panel put together by a group called IDEAS at UCLA. The students present were AB540 students who have gotten their undergrad and who are now applying or in grad school already.
No law requires colleges to report undocumented students
This is a letter explaining how the Department of Homeland Security cannot require schools to report the immigration status of student, to ask for the immigration status of the student prior to enrolling, or to report a student who the school knows is out of status.
